Shooting update

Today it's a trip over to Silkwood Studio, close to me, for a half day with someone I've wanted to work with for a while. Amsterdam-based model Naked Soul is once more back on this sceptred isle, so I took the chance to make a shoot happen with her.

Expect flowing, emotion-driven images with a healthy dose of art nude thrown into the mix.

But today we head back to the beginning of the year and the final shoot of my London/Berlin trip. I was very lucky to find a half day when NausicaaYami wasn't booked up, and so we made plans to see what the varied backdrops of Belt Craft Studios could do for us.

I hadn't bargained on how little light there is in January, though, so the then new to me SL3-S had its work cut out. This was basically my 10th or so shoot with it, and only the 5th or 6th natural light shoot. So I was still dialling in just how far I could push things with the ISO etc.

As a result, these are a bit grainy. I've since hit upon a process that works. Now, it's a case of running Lightroom Denoise before exporting as Tiffs for Evoto processing. When that is all done, the exported Evoto Tiffs are used as a new catalog in Lightroom for colour grading and finishing.

Anyway, there are 45 images in total in this mono fashion nude look, and of course you need to be a member to access them!
