Today's post features a shoot from a few years ago with Vicky Burns. Vicky came to the studio post cancer treatment and keen to get back to earning through modelling. As a parent she was definitely driven to ensure her kids were provided for. Being self-employed is all the harder when dealing with something like the big C as well.

Vicky just oozed charisma in front of the lens, eschewing standard fashion niceties to imbue her images with attitude and personality. It was a pleasure to capture it.
