Don’t mess with Rio

As I write this first post in the second phase of this site’s life, I’m just back from my eighth and penultimate shoot of my recent time in France.

I’m back to the UK at the weekend, and then the editing of all these shoots gets underway. There’s a huge backlog of content to share with you all from the various shoots that have happened this year and last. Plus there’s even more from the archive for the years before that!

So today, we’re going into the world of monochrome and attitude-filled images I shot last year with Rio, at her studio over in Oldham. I can’t quite remember how long the studio had been up and running when I visited, but I know she celebrated a year in business, recently. The business has continued to evolve, since then. And as a determined business woman, I know Rio has expanded her sphere of operations and is make a good go of things. No mean feat in these straitened times.
