Shooting update

I'm back at Liber8 today (the scene of the first shoot with Valentina) for a half day with London resident and Greek model, Irida.

You'll no doubt remember some of our other work that has previously featured:

For the day in hand, we're hopping over the channel to the trip to Paris and Antwerp, in March of this year.

Whilst I don't get to do much, if any, sightseeing whilst travelling for photo trips, I do thoroughly enjoy being submerged and fully focused on creating images with as many talented European models as I can. In the time available to me.

This will often mean a string of 14 hour days. They're not something that can be sustained for long, but short of being in a major city that has thousands of models for months at a time, I have to get as many shoots in as I can, in the time I have. Each one helps make the trip make sense.

And so it was on day 2 of my time in Paris that I welcomed Nina to my AirBnB, nice and early, for the second shoot there.

I booked Nina, for her non-traditional looks and body of work I'd seen across various portals. I knew she was an art model, in the truest sense of the word, and so the wearing or not wearing of clothes wasn't going to be an issue for her.

This set came towards the end of our half day together, and made use of the dining room atrium and the marble topped dining table the apartment had.

I was able to shoot these natural light thanks to the generous glass roof of this part of the apartment.
