Echoes of Helmut

For today's Viewing Room exclusive we're heading to Scotland and the awesome time I had with travelling Portuguese model, Beatriz.

We'd had a few conversations on Instagram about how we might work together and I'd pretty much forgotten about it all when she dropped me a message with dates and a pretty special location she had access to.

A few weeks later I was up and out the door for 06:30 and speeding up the A1 to the Borders and The Haining near Selkirk.

The Haining is under the governance of a charitable trust and is in the process of being renovated for the wider community to use as a communal and events/arts space.

When Beatriz is over in that region she stays with an artist who has access to use the space for a very reasonable fee. For that you get unfettered access to the house and common use of the surrounding grounds. With the caveat that there can be no nude photography outdoors.
