Shoot update

I hope you're all well, yesterday I held my second portfolio test shoot day. I worked with another 4 new models at Silkwood Studio, giving each a 2-hour slot to provide them with a set of digitals, headshots and two to three different looks for their books. This should help them to become agency signed or simply have proper quality images on their ports as they seek to gain work in modelling.

Once the edits are sorted, all my focus goes into the first Euro shoot trip, of the year.

On Saturday, I'm down to London to be rested and ready for a couple of days at Belt Craft, in N15. On Sunday, I'm sorting some headshot and portrait refreshes for male model and actor, Peter Kyei. Following that, it will be a half-day shoot with London-based, Asian fashion model, Athena.

She will be the first professional model I've worked with that has been sourced on Model Management. This is increasingly becoming a decent platform for me to find collaborators, as I'm starting to exhaust the use of the best models that PurplePort has to offer.

And to round out the first full day of the trip, it will be another first time shoot. This time with Canadian touring art model, Daria. This will be pretty epic, I feel.

And so to business. Today's post takes us back to my European road trip. It features the other shoot I had at the designfabrik, in Solingen.

The day before I shot with Sia, I worked with Susann, a German model from close by.

As I quickly found when researching the trip, Purpleport has a limited supply of models beyond the shores of the UK. So a good part of the trip was researching other sites to find possible collaborators.

My suite of talent rosters now includes:
