Mailing it in

During my recent trip to Germany, I managed to arrange two shoots with local models. Today will be the first of a number of looks shot with Susann, who models as Blue Rose on Model Kartei.

The designfabrik I'd rented was blessed with large, almost floor to ceiling windows, which provided beautiful natural light in most of the places I wanted to use for shooting.

Susann and I had been conversing, largely in German (thanks to Google translate) in the weeks running up to my trip, and so we'd established a reasonably clear set of looks and ideas to pursue in the time we had together.
