Shooting update
How is it October already? The year has flown by and we passed the 100 shoot mark, last month. As things stand thought there is only one more shoot to come in 2026 and that's a third shoot with Regina Piil. A full day of creativity at the Kiln in Staffordshire promises some amazing images.

Today's content
Today's post features some of my most recent work. Indeed these were shot at the end of August on a full day trip to Milton Keynes and a new to me space called Saracen House.
I'd plane to work with Lana a few months back and then filled in the second half of the day with a second shoot with the delightfully lovely Rebecca Perry. We'd shot at Aura back in February of this year. Had a great time so it was an easy decision to say yes when she applied to my casting to fill the back half of the day.
Anyway to Lana, we'd had good pre-shoot comms and I'd sent her a bunch of ideas via a mood board. As always with these things, I stressed the mood board was about aesthetics and lighting/pose ideas more than any of the clothes depicted.

I prefer models to have some input in styling as I had sod all idea about fashion. Not sure if that makes me harder to work with, but I'm less interested in the outfits used than the connection we can capture in our time together.
This set was an idea Lana had mentioned at the start of the day and I was happy to see what we could do with it. 20 images in this slightly more staged and creative fashion look around a concept of a hardened drinking gambler.
